There’s something fabulous coming to an intimate venue in NYC!
Apologies for paraphrasing (quite badly!) the classic Golddiggers opening to The Dean Martin Show, but… Michelle Della Fave, friend of the DMA and one-time Golddigger, appears in her marvellous one woman show Diggin’ Life at Don’t Tell Mama, 343 W. 46th St, NYC on August 15. Michelle tells stories of her life and career and sings inspirational songs from her extensive body of work. The show is directed by Tanya Moberly, music direction/piano by Ian Herman and Ritt Henn on bass. This is a truly wonderful show from a truly fabulous lady. Don’t miss it!
For reservations and prices, please head to Don’t Tell Mama.
Michelle has also written exclusively for the next edition of our regular magazine, Just Dino (out Friday, July 18th). You can also visit Michelle’s own web page here…
Our in-house graphics guru, Thomas, has taken our existing logo (in place since 2003, when our inaugural president Bernard approved its use) and given it a beautiful new color-scheme and make-over, one which will take us well beyond our 65th year. To support the update, this very website has been given a lick of paint, making everything fresh and clean. You’ll see the gold logo on all our social sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube), a well as adorning anything we produce, such as new editions Just Dino, of course, and marketing material both online and physical (mainly across Steubenville in the coming months!).
We think it’s fair to say that The Dean Martin Hometown Festival 2025 was a resounding success!
Held over three days in Steubenville, starting June 12, 2025, we were delighted to see so many of you there. The Spot Bar was full to the brim for our live shows and the Dino Dash 5k had a fabulous turnout. We had to contend with the weather and a concern regarding the parade, but all in all…memories were made of this.
We’ll be bringing you a full review of the entire event in our next edition of Just Dino (to receive your FREE copy, join our mailing list here, if you haven’t already done so) and we’ll shortly be posting photos on the festival Instagram page.
And finally, if you did get to the festival, we’d love to hear from you with your thoughts and feedback. We may even include your comments in Just Dino #434!
The new year issue of our official monthly magazine is now available to read online or download.
Packed with new features, including an examination of Dean Martin and his greatest hits, a review of the latest LP release from UMC/Capitol, and we begin the celebrations of 40 years of Rocky Nelson!
All this and more direct to your screen. Get your FREE copy today by simply joining our mailing list.
